Pultrusion process is a continuous molding process that mechanically aligns long strands of reinforcements for a composite material then passes them through a bath of thermosetting resin. The coated strands are then assembled by a mechanical guide before the curing process. This process is ideal for manufacturing products that are straight and have a constant cross section, such as I beams, round, square, rectangle and various complex and hollow contentious sections.

The HexaPole is a result of great deal of study and research of mentioned applications and operations to provide ergonomics, mechanical strength and comfort grip
HexaPoleis a polygonal section with 6 sides and edges which makes the sections tough and enhanced effectiveness in using the poles
The combination of design, resin formulation and fiber matrix makes the mechanical strength of the poles 30% more stronger when compared with other types of sticks in the market
The polygonal telescopic tube sections prevents it from rotating on each other which considerably increases the effectiveness of the technicians working under different operations at heights
The HexaPole sided section fits perfectly in the palm of the hand in the working position when compared to other sticks in the market
It gives the users good dexterity and enables them to maintain proper control
This design provides high rigidity and enable to transmit torsional and shear effort during tightening and loosening operations, disconnection operation, handling operations, pruning operations etc.,

RoundPole section
Round Pole is a circular pole which is commonly used in the industry and familiar section
The combination of design, resin formulation and fiber matrix makes the mechanical strength of the poles 30% more stronger when compared with other types of sticks in the market
The innermost poles section is designed with minimum diameter so that the overall diameter of the stacked pole is smaller and comfortable to hold and operate
Made up of 1 – 4 segments and can be adopted for various types of usage and applications to reach heights of up to 12m / 36 ft
The weight of the poles have been optimized by about 8-10% when compared to other sticks in the market enabling users to work comfortably

Cable trays are designed by engineers to support power cables and control cables for outdoor and indoor applications. FRP cable trays manufactured by us are safe to use and durable for regular use. These are cost effective products produced by engineers as per NEMA BIS/consultants specification.
Ladder Type Cable Trays are offered by assembling different types of combinations of Pultruded Cross Sections, Side runners and Rungs. The Rungs are epoxy bonded and fastened to demonstrate high strength against Point, Side and Uniform loads.
